Meesho Label Crop & Sort

Upload the label PDF from your supplier panel. Get it back with the tax invoice cut away, sized for a 4×6 thermal roll or four to an A4 sheet, identical products stacked together and the product name printed on every label.

What actually changes

Pages are reordered but never redrawn. Your barcode, QR code, address block and tax invoice are the original ones, untouched.

The only thing added is a bordered box in the blank space below the label, carrying the product name, size and quantity, plus optionally the delivery partner and the set number.

Set 3

Set it up once, then it is three taps a day

The first run asks a few questions so the output matches how you pack. After that your settings are remembered on your device.

  1. 01

    Download your labels

Get the shipping label PDF from the Meesho supplier panel the way you already do. Running several shops is fine, each one keeps its own setup.

  2. 02

    Drop it into the tool

Pick the file, or several files at once. Nothing is uploaded, the file is read on your device.

  3. 03

    Pick your label size

Choose thermal 4x6, thermal 6x4, four labels on one A4 sheet, or the label on its own. The tax invoice is cut away and removed from the file, not hidden under a smaller page.

  4. 04

    Name your products once

The tool finds every SKU ID in the file and asks what you call that product. It remembers your answers.

  5. 05

    Download the cropped, sorted PDF

Pages come back cropped to the size you picked and grouped by courier, product, size and quantity, with the name printed large on each label.

What it can do

Cuts the invoice off, properly
Finds the TAX INVOICE band on each page and cuts just above it. The band does not sit in the same place on every label, which is why tools that cut at a fixed offset leave a black strip along the bottom.
Removes the invoice, not just hides it
The label is re-drawn into a new page through a clipped form, so the invoice is not in the output file at all. Shrinking the page box, the usual shortcut, leaves your GSTIN and the buyer’s billing address inside the PDF you hand to a packer.
A real 4x6, and a 4-up A4
Exactly 288 by 432 points for a thermal roll, a 6x4 landscape version, or four labels arranged two by two on one A4 sheet. Or keep the label at its own size with the invoice gone.
Sorts by four things at once
Delivery partner, then product, then size, then quantity. You set the priority order, and the first one makes the biggest piles.
Prints a name you recognise
Each page gets a boxed line with the product name, size and quantity in large type, placed under the label so it never touches the barcode.
Many SKU IDs, one product
A product usually has several Meesho SKU IDs. Map them all to one name once and every future file just works. Switch it off if you prefer raw SKUs.
Separate files when you want them
Tick the delivery partner and you get one PDF per courier. Tick the product and you get one per product. Tick nothing and you get a single sorted file.
Set numbers on every page
Each run of identical items is numbered, so you can see where one pile ends without reading any names.
More than one shop
Run several Meesho accounts from the same browser. Each shop keeps its own product names and SKU mapping, and you switch between them from the header.
Nine languages
English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Punjabi, because your packing staff should not need English.

Is it safe to put a shipping label into a website?

Usually that is a fair thing to worry about. A Meesho label carries your customer’s name, full address and phone number, and most free PDF sites upload your file to their server to process it.

This one does not, and it cannot. The site is static files with no backend. The PDF is parsed and rewritten by JavaScript in your own browser tab. Load the page once, turn off your internet, and it will still sort a file for you, which is proof enough on its own. The source code is public if you want to check.

Does it change my invoice or GST details?

No. Nothing on the original page is edited, removed or covered. The tool only adds a new block in the empty space and reorders pages, so the label and the tax invoice stay exactly as Meesho generated them.

What about SKU IDs I have not named yet?

They still come through. Those labels print the SKU ID instead of a name and are kept at the end of their courier pile so they are easy to spot and name later. The tool never guesses a name.

Questions

How do I crop the tax invoice off a Meesho label?
Upload the label PDF from your supplier panel, open Settings and pick a crop mode: label only, thermal 4x6, thermal 6x4, or four labels on one A4 page. The tool finds the TAX INVOICE band on every page and cuts just above it, then gives you the file back. Nothing is uploaded and there is no sign-up.
Why do other label croppers leave a black TAX INVOICE strip on my labels?
Because they cut at a fixed distance down the page. The invoice band does not sit at the same place on every label: across one real 152 page export it started at five different positions depending on the delivery partner, a spread of about 33 points. A fixed cut is therefore wrong for some couriers, and the leftover is the black TAX INVOICE bar. This tool reads each page and finds the band instead, so the cut lands in the right place whichever courier the label is for.
Is the invoice really removed, or just hidden?
Really removed. Some tools only shrink the page box, which hides the invoice on screen while leaving the text inside the file, so your GSTIN, the buyer’s billing address and your taxable value can still be pulled out of the PDF you hand to a packer or a courier. This tool re-draws each label into a new page through a clipped form, so the invoice is not in the output at all. You can check: open the cropped file and search it for GSTIN.
Is the 4x6 output a real 4x6?
Yes, exactly 288 by 432 points, which is 4 by 6 inches. It is worth checking whatever tool you use, because a common shortcut is to keep the full A4 width and only trim the height, which gives a page around 8.3 by 5.1 inches. That is not a 4x6 and it will not fill a thermal roll properly.
Can I crop and sort in the same run?
Yes, and that is the point of doing both here. The labels come back cropped to the size you picked and already grouped by delivery partner, product, size and quantity, with the product name printed under each one. You can also split the output into one file per courier.
What happens if a page has no tax invoice on it?
It is passed through whole rather than cut at a guess. If a page carries invoice content but the tool cannot find the band to anchor on, it cuts at an estimated position and tells you how many pages that happened to, so you can check those before printing.
Is the Meesho Label Crop & Sort tool really free?
Yes. It is free to use with no sign-up, no page limit and no watermark. There is no paid tier for this tool and no card is ever asked for.
Do my shipping labels get uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and rewritten inside your browser using JavaScript. It never leaves your phone or computer, and the site has no server that could receive it. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.
Which file do I upload?
The shipping label PDF you download from the Meesho supplier panel, usually named something like Sub_Order_Labels_xxxx.pdf. You can select more than one file at a time.
How does it know the product name?
Meesho labels carry the SKU ID, not your internal product name. The first time you upload a file the tool collects every SKU ID it finds and asks you to give each one a product name. That mapping is saved on your device, so from the second file onwards it is automatic.
Can several SKU IDs share one product name?
Yes. That is exactly what the mapping screen is for. Pick a product name on the left, tick all the SKU IDs that belong to it on the right, and every one of those labels will print the same name. You can turn this whole feature off in Settings if you would rather print the raw SKU ID.
Can I get a separate PDF for each courier?
Yes. In Settings, tick Delivery partner under "Make separate files" and you will get one PDF per courier, ready to hand over to each pickup.
I run more than one Meesho shop. Can I use it for all of them?
Yes. Add as many shops as you like and switch between them from the shop name in the header. Each shop keeps its own product names and SKU mapping, so a SKU ID you named under one shop never leaks into another. Sorting and printing preferences are shared across shops.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works in Chrome or Safari on Android and iPhone as well as on a laptop. Large files are slower on an older phone, but they do finish.
Will it work with Flipkart or Amazon labels?
Not yet. It is built around the Meesho label layout. Flipkart and Amazon versions are on the list, message me on WhatsApp if you want one sooner.
